The Pest Control Area directory presents three location cards—Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman—and lets visitors read more about pest-control considerations in each place. The wider navigation added Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Quoz, Silicon Oasis, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Business Bay, International City and Bur Dubai.
This directory keeps that geography but does not claim to operate in any area.

Buildings differ in waste handling, landscaping, delivery access, shared shafts and management responsibility. These differences affect inspection even when the pest is the same. Current approval questions must be checked with the relevant emirate authority; an old service-area statement cannot establish current authorization.
Use the three emirate cards to compare common property conditions, observation steps and prevention topics for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Choose a guide by the evidence
The service menu groups information by pest as well as by place. Use the cockroach, bed bug, termite, ant, mosquito, fly, rodent or bird page when the organism is reasonably clear. Start with the broader area guide when the evidence may involve waste rooms, drainage, landscaping, service shafts or another shared feature.
For every location, record what was seen, where it appeared and when activity was noticed. Note food, water, shelter and likely access routes before moving items or applying a product. This makes it easier for a landlord, facilities team or qualified inspector to understand whether the issue is limited to one room or connected to a wider property condition.
